WE MAKE IT EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH US
ERW is a full service thermal spray masking company serving
the needs of the industrial gas turbine, aerospace, and mass transit
industries.
Established in
1985 by Eric and Robin Whittenburg with a main objective of supplying
fixtures and masking to the thermal spray industry. From our early beginnings
working out of a small 2,500 sq. ft. storage building until today our
focus has always been on customer satisfaction. In the last ten years
we have invested in new equipment technology and capacity. Today we are
in a new 18,000 sq. ft. facility located in the Putnam industrial park
serving a wide base of customers and industries.
In this fast paced world of thermal coatings, ERW produces
solutions to help increase production while reducing labor associated
with masking of parts. ERW produces many custom clips to allow the operator
to install during the coating cycle. Sheet metal clips and masks won't
leave any residue as with the removal of tape masking. While sheet metal
masking will not solve all problems we would invite you to allow us to
quote on any present or future masking projects.
No matter where you're based, we make it easy to work with
us via internet, email, or special file transfer. Our systems are compatible
with virtually all software programs, including CadKey, MasterCam, and
Unigraphics.
With years of experience behind us, ERW has reduced lead
times significantly. The total process - from accepted quotation, to
prototype, to production - can often be completed in a matter of weeks
as opposed to months. Taking advantage of our website for a preliminary
quote can improve turn-around time even more.
ERW's shop management system allows us to provide instant
updates on your job's status. Our customer service representatives are
knowledgeable and responsive - when you need us we're there. We can even
help you solve internal production problems.
After your job is completed, we keep your tooling on file
for future reference - compounding your cost savings over time. |
